Day Of Coordinator

A Day Of Coordinator ensures everything runs smoothly on your wedding day so you don’t have to worry about a thing. Our main job is to manage the timeline, vendors, and any last-minute issues. We arrive early to oversee setup, confirm all vendor arrivals, cue the ceremony and reception events (like the first dance or cake cutting), and act as the point person for any questions. Basically, we keep everything on track so you and your guests can fully enjoy the celebration.

Before the Ceremony

  • Arrives early at the venue

  • Confirms all vendor arrivals & setup (florist, DJ, caterer, etc.)

  • Manages the set up of décor details (place cards, signage, favors, etc.)

  • Manages the ceremony site setup

  • Checks in with the couple & wedding party

  • Distributes bouquets, boutonnieres, and emergency kits

  • Organizes the ceremony processional and cues everyone

During the Ceremony

  • Ensures guests are seated on time

  • Cues music and the wedding party entrances

  • Coordinates with officiant and photographer

  • Handles any unexpected issues quietly

Reception Management

  • Oversees transition from ceremony to reception

  • Coordinates grand entrance, first dance, speeches, and other key moments

  • Keeps everything on schedule

  • Troubleshoots any vendor or timeline hiccups

  • Makes sure vendors follow the agreed plan

  • Monitors food service and guest flow

  • Ensures special items (cake, guest book, gifts) are in place

End of Night

  • Manages the packing up of personal items and décor

  • Coordinates vendor breakdown and load-out

  • Makes sure tips or final payments are delivered (if needed)

  • Confirms all rentals are returned and accounted for

  • Sends couple off smoothly and happily!
